Our Team
When Lisa isn’t thinking about numbers, she can be found spending time with her husband, Sam & two girls Ava & Alivia at their home in Weare, NH. They love enjoying the many adventures New England has to offer like visiting a local farm, hiking to see beautiful foliage or skiing and snowboarding New Hampshire, Maine or Vermont’s fabulous mountains!
Currently Lou is residing in his home country of Bulgaria, while continuing to service US taxpayers remotely. He believes the key to a successful business is a high level of customer service, which he tries to provide with each and every client. When not working, Lou likes to help stray animals find their new forever homes, spend time with his girlfriend, and going to shooting competitions.
She works side-by-side with business owners and leaders to navigate people challenges, build strong HR foundations, and create workplaces where culture and accountability thrive. From hiring and compliance to team dynamics and strategy, she loves helping clients put the right systems in place to support real, sustainable growth.
As an entrepreneur herself, Michelle has launched, operated, and sold multiple businesses—and currently runs a service company with her husband. She gets the ups and downs of growing a business, and brings that real-world perspective into every client relationship.
Michelle lives in Texas with her husband, two sons and their dog Moose. When she’s not supporting clients, She loves spending time outdoors.
Outside of work, Natalia enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking and hiking in the great outdoors, and traveling.
At Hartwick, Jonathan was involved in the VITA Tax Program, Esports Team, and co-hosted the college podcast "Wick Cast." He holds Excel Certification and IRS VITA Tax Certification, with particular interests in tax, financial strategy, and the intersection of accounting and law.
Jonathan will pursue a Master's in Accounting at Syracuse University to become a CPA. In his free time, he enjoys rugby, gaming, and outdoor activities with friends.

Luke 6:38
The Cultivate Elephant
Inspired by artwork collected for their children, the Cultivate Consulting Group logo represents the fundamental values Andrew and Christine wish to instill in both their family and business lives, while providing inspiration and guidance for their firm. The elephant symbolizes strength, honor, stability, patience, good fortune, and protection.
