Andrew boasts more than two decades of experience as an inventory and cost control manager for large corporations. Andrew specializes in helping small business clients to develop internal controls and process and procedures guidelines to improve business operations. Andrew also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and currently serves Cultivate's clients by building custom cost management workflows, team process guidelines, and serving as an outsourced operations manager. Outside of the office Andrew enjoys spending his time with the family's many farm animals and hunting.
Christine
Christine is a tenured CPA and PhD candidate with almost two decades of experience serving small business clients. Christine has an extensive background in both public accounting as well serving as a CFO for privately held companies, and she specializes in tax strategy for small, closely held organizations. Christine has been recognized as one of New Hampshire's 40 Under 40 and is also a nationally recognized speaker and writer. When she's not serving Cultivate's clients Christine enjoys spending time with her family and their many farm animals.
Victoria
Victoria Maslava earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge. She has over seven years of experience in accounting and tax, with a background in individual and business tax preparation, financial reporting, and full-cycle accounting.
She enjoys working with individuals and business owners, helping them navigate their accounting and tax needs and making the process as smooth as possible.
Outside of work, Victoria loves traveling, spending time outdoors, and enjoying the beach with her family and friends.

Krista
Krista is an experienced Bookkeeper with a keen eye for detail and catching anything that may slip through the cracks.
She has always been good with numbers and feels that when you have awareness and organization around your financial life, it brings a more relaxing, grounded life you can truly enjoy.
She has worked closely with a wide range of small businesses, improving the structure and financial flow to be smoother. She is our California girl coming from Santa Cruz with experience in the back-end books & admin, to the day-to-day operations of the cannabis industry.
When she is not working, there is a 99% chance you will catch her at the river or hanging in the sun with her cat and husband, plotting their next trip to a different part of the world.

Lisa's love for numbers started in high school and continued with courses at NHTI college before starting her career and spending almost twenty years at a Manchester, NH CPA firm. Her attention to detail, quick learning skills and passion for accounting advanced her from an administrative assistant into various office management, tax preparation and bookkeeping roles.
When Lisa isn’t thinking about numbers, she can be found spending time with her husband, Sam & two girls Ava & Alivia at their home in Weare, NH. They love enjoying the many adventures New England has to offer like visiting a local farm, hiking to see beautiful foliage or skiing and snowboarding New Hampshire, Maine or Vermont’s fabulous mountains!

She works side-by-side with business owners and leaders to navigate people challenges, build strong HR foundations, and create workplaces where culture and accountability thrive. From hiring and compliance to team dynamics and strategy, she loves helping clients put the right systems in place to support real, sustainable growth.
As an entrepreneur herself, Michelle has launched, operated, and sold multiple businesses—and currently runs a service company with her husband. She gets the ups and downs of growing a business, and brings that real-world perspective into every client relationship.
Michelle lives in Texas with her husband, two sons and their dog Moose. When she’s not supporting clients, She loves spending time outdoors.

Adrianna is an experienced administrative assistance and currently serves as the glue to Cultivate's daily operations. She has completed several certified bookkeeping courses and is often working behind the scenes to help clients stay up to date and organized with their daily transactions. Outside of work, Adrianna enjoys spending time with her family and playing softball.
Neil
Neil has over a decade of experience in the financial sector specializing in small business and technology startups across many different industries. His experiences range from bookkeeping all the way to Global Financial Director of an international company. Previously he spent a combined 20 years serving in the US Army and as a private military contractor with multiple deployments to global hot spots including Iraq, Syria, and Ukraine. Neil spends his free time travelling to compete in many different shooting disciplines across the United States and Europe. When at home in Arizona he enjoys playing the different iterations of the Call of Duty, Battlefield, and Fallout franchises.
Jonah
Jonathan "Jonah" Bunnell is a staff accountant at Cultivate Consulting. He holds a Master's in Accounting from Syracuse University and is pursuing his CPA, and is a Hartwick College graduate with a dual degree in Accounting and Business and minors in Legal Studies and Finance. Outside the office, he's happiest outdoors — skateboarding, snowboarding, and playing rugby.
